Anxiety is tough. I know, I’ve also felt stressed out, had restless night sleeps, and had low energy for self care. I am a mom of two and know the struggles of working, child rearing, and managing a home.
In life, work, and relationships we are going to face stressful moments, so it’s helpful to learn how to manage those chaotic, stressful and anxiety producing situations and overall feelings of unease.
I have unique training in cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness exercises, integrative medicine, energy healing, and neurofeedback. I work with my clients in a holistic nonjudmental way. I started this practice in the hopes to reach more people and grow a community that fosters learning, growth and support.
My clients typically include adults with generalized anxiety, sleep problems, relationship stress, and work related pressure or angst. I love working with people who are of diverse backgrounds, and am LGBTQ-inclusive. The clients I work with not only vary in gender, and background but also in how they manage their relationships: monogamy, open, polyamory, marriage, single, etc.
My sessions are conducted by video.
