Issues with Sleep?

Over the past 50 years our sleep has declined dramatically with the use of blue light technology, work life stress, less physical activity, an increase in caffeine drinks, and overall anxiety. However, with so much working against us, you can still reset your mind and body to get better sleep. It is not too late.

Sometimes our sleep problems originate because we are worried about something that is going to happen the next day, we mentally go through our to do list before bed, we think about what has happened that day and mentally replay it, and we are worried about the fact that we are worried we won’t get enough sleep.

Sleep problems run rampant in our society, but there are ways to work through those issues, turn your mind down low, and have better sleep.
